AMY DEVÉ APPOINTED DIRECTOR OF EAST COAST LEISURE SALES FOR KOR HOTEL GROUP

Miami regional expert joins Los Angeles-based Kor in group's first leisure travel dedicated position

July 2006 (Los Angeles) - Tom Santora, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Kor Hotel Group, the Los Angeles-based hotel, real estate development and management firm, is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Amy Devé to the newly created position of Director of East Coast Leisure Sales. Devé will be based out of The Tides South Beach Hotel and will focus primarily on growing East Coast-based leisure accounts for the entire portfolio, which features distinctive design properties in the prime leisure destinations of California, Mexico's Riviera Maya, South Beach and Washington D.C. Additionally, Devé will be assisting with the re-launch of The Tides hotel and brand next year and in building a foundation for Kor's development of its Miami and Caribbean properties.

"Amy represents a critical addition to our East Coast sales team," said Santora in announcing the appointment. "As Kor continues to expand its hospitality portfolio both nationally and internationally through new ground-up projects and additional acquisitions, Amy's talents will serve to increase sales to our resort properties along the eastern seaboard and in the Caribbean."

Devé joins The Kor Group with eleven years of experience in sales and marketing, as well as public relations, in the hospitality industry. Most recently, she was a Senior Sales Manager for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami, handling luxury leisure market accounts and multinational corporate accounts. Prior to that, Devé worked for Island Outpost as a Public Relations Manager for the corporate brand, and later as a Sales and Marketing Manager for the company's, then, flagship property, The Tides Hotel in Miami.

Devé holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida's College of Journalism and Communications.
