Flourishing real estate investment and hotel management company moves to prominent new location in advance of its growth in 2008
and beyond
January 29, 2008 (Los Angeles) - The Kor Group, the Los Angeles-based real estate investment and hotel management firm, announces the relocation of its international headquarters to 1212 South Flower Street, in downtown Los Angeles. The company’s new headquarters provide the growing organization with a cohesive space for its corporate offices while facilitating its global expansion and foothold in the Los Angeles community.

With an already established presence in downtown Los Angeles through its real estate developments, Eastern Columbia, Barker Block and Pegasus, Kor now retains a centralized location housing The Kor Group and its divisions, Kor Hotel Group and Kor Realty Group. Kor’s central reservations office, a vital component to Kor Hotel Group’s growing success and hotel management expertise, will be located at the new headquarters, as well.
The Kor Group’s new headquarters are located at 1212 South Flower Street, between West 12th Street and Pico Blvd., directly across from the Staples Center and the Los Angeles Convention Center.
