Kor's current properties under development (including both ground-up resorts and residences and adaptive reuse ventures) are valued in excess of $2 billion. These projects include Viceroy destinations in Anguilla, BWI and the Riviera Maya, Mexico; Tides locations in South Beach and Playa del Carmen, Mexico; and forthcoming properties in Anguilla and Mexico. In partnership with The Related Group, Kor is extending its Viceroy brand to Resorts and Residences properties in Miami's Brickell area.
In Los Angeles, Kor has developed over two million square feet of for-sale product in culturally significant locations. These projects include the condominium conversion of The Broadway Hollywood and Eastern Columbia buildings; Molino Street Lofts, formerly artist-in-residence-zoned rentals; and Sunset Silver Lake, ground-up condominiums.
To date, Kor has undertaken over $750 million in development and refurbishment costs. The company has also completed two ground-up apartment complexes; re-developed multiple hotels and a ten-story office building; erected several clubhouse/leasing facilities; performed earthquake damage remediation; and rehabilitated numerous apartment units.
