Pegasus, a 500,000-square-foot apartment building in the heart of the downtown Los Angeles Business District. The former headquarters of Standard Oil, the 322-unit, 12-story tower features oversized studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, a rooftop pool and fitness center, and the Daily Grill restaurant on the ground floor.
Santa Fe Lofts, a 213,560-square-foot complex featuring one artist-in-residence zoned building and a companion live-work building in the Historic Core of downtown Los Angeles. 132 loft units offer high ceilings and expansive windows. Financed with city of San Diego Housing Authority bonds, 25% of the units are rented to low- and moderate-income tenants. A major renovation of the property was completed in early 2007.
